Psychotherapeutische Leistungen sind als heilberufliche Leistungen mehrwertsteuerbefreit (§ 4 Nr. 14 UStG).
Psychologische Beratung, Coaching, Supervision, Paartherapie und Selbsterfahrung sind Umsatzsteuerpflichtig.
